Refund Policy

If a paid generation fails for a reason on our side, your credit is restored automatically. You can start a new generation with the same input.

Credit restoration is not a cash refund. It restores the ability to generate the artwork you paid for.

Because generation starts immediately and consumes provider capacity, completed renders are generally not refundable. Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right, that right applies regardless of this policy.

Contact support with your task or order ID and a short description. We aim to answer within two business days.

If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method.
